Who is responsible

Swissi Holding AG, Baarerstrasse 78, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, manages the BAI-EPN company waitlist. For questions or requests about your details, email privacy@swissi-ai.institute.

Details we collect and why

When you request a waitlist link, we collect your company name, contact name, work email and your consent to waitlist contact. The personal link verifies access to the email address. When you complete your profile, we collect your country, role, company activity, business opportunities you seek, and any optional details you provide about AI tools or your company. We use these details to review pilot interest and contact applicants about participation.

We also process limited technical data to protect the form and deliver email: one-way digests of an address and caller identifier, challenge results, email delivery status, and a one-way digest of the link verifier. We store a one-way digest when someone stops waitlist emails, so that preference continues to apply.

Service providers and location

Vercel hosts the website and its request handling, Neon stores the waitlist records, and Resend delivers the link email. They receive the data needed to perform those roles. Processing may take place outside Switzerland; contact us for details about recipients, locations and safeguards.

Retention and your choices

We keep waitlist details while the pilot intake and review are active, and review them for deletion when that work closes. Technical challenge and rate-limit records are cleared regularly. A suppression digest remains after an email refusal to respect that choice. You can use the link in our email to stop waitlist emails, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your details and to withdraw your agreement for future contact. We may retain information where a specific legal obligation requires it.
